Delivery timelines are estimated based on the agreed project scope. Standard MLM software projects are generally delivered within 7–10 working days. Custom developments, third-party integrations, or additional features may require additional time.
Source code, project files, and other deliverables will be provided after receiving 100% payment as per the agreed quotation. Unless otherwise agreed through a signed NDA, Multisoft Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
Clients are responsible for providing complete project requirements, content, logos, branding materials, approvals, and feedback on time. Any delay from the client's side may affect the agreed delivery schedule.
Multisoft Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses arising from the use of our software or services. The client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements related to their business, including MLM and direct selling regulations.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
